Alisha Boe is a Norwegian-Somali actress best known for her role as Jessica in the Netflix original series 13 Reasons Why. She has also appeared in Ray Donovan, Days of Our Lives, Casual, and CSI: Cyber. She made guest appearances in a number of popular TV series such as Modern Family, Days of our Lives and NCIS from 2014 to 2015. Alisha was born on March 6, 1997 in Oslo, Norway. Her father is Somali and her mother is Norwegian.
