Kathy has also appeared on covers for Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Forbes, and Mademoiselle. Kathy was born in Glendale, California, USA, the daughter of Barbara and John Ireland. She has two sisters named Mary Ireland and Cynthia Ireland. She is married to Dr. Gregory P. Olsen with whom she has two daughters named Chloe and Lily and a son named Erik.
