Kellie Pickler was born Kellie Dawn Pickler on June 28, 1986 in Albemarle, North Carolina, the daughter of Cynthia Morton and Clyde “Bo” Raymond Pickler, Jr. She is a country music artist and a television personality. She gained fame as a contestant on the fifth season of American Idol, and finished in sixth place. She became widely popular during American Idol in 2005 when she was 19 years old.
