Born on June 19, 1978 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mía Maestro is an Argentine actress and singer-songwriter. She is best known for her portrayal of Nadia Santos in the television drama Alias, and as Christina Kahlo in Frida. She played Carmen in The Twilight Saga. She made her film debut in Carlos Saura’s Tango (1998), which received Golden Globe and Academy Award nominations for Best Foreign Film.
