• Pay all fees as agreed in the service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require:

• 30% upfront payment for project initiation
• 40% payment at project midpoint
• 30% payment upon project completion

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Infotrio remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

• The client receives full ownership rights to the delivered work
• Infotrio retains the right to use the work in our portfolio
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying all necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensuring they have rights to all materials provided
• Maintaining backups of their data
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Infotrio provides services "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website or services will be error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The website or services are free of viruses or harmful components

In no event shall Infotrio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use materials on Infotrio's website, even if Infotrio has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Materials on Infotrio's website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Infotrio does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes at any time without notice.

Infotrio has not reviewed all sites linked to its website and is not responsible for their contents. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked websites is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
